Product Overview
GMF508-A Series turbine flow meter is a new generation of turbine flowmeter which has been optimized by the advanced technology of flow meter at home and abroad. It has the characteristics of simple structure, lightweight, high precision, good reproducibility, sensitive response, convenient installation, and maintenance. It is widely used to measure liquids in closed pipes and stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 2Cr13 and corundum Al2O3, hard alloys, and no impurities such as fibers and particles. The kinematic viscosity at working temperature is less than 5×106m2/s. For liquids with a kinematic viscosity greater than 5×106 m 2 /s, the flow meter can be used after solid-liquid calibration. If it is matched with a display instrument with special functions, it can also perform quantitative control, over-alarm alarm, etc. It is an ideal meter for flow metering and energy-saving.

● High precision, generally up to ±1%R, ±0.5%R, high precision type up to ±0.2%R;
● Reproducible, short-term repeatability of 0.05% to 0.2%, due to good repeatability, such as frequent calibration or online calibration can get very high accuracy, is the preferred flow meter in trade settlement;
● Output pulse frequency signal, suitable for total metering and connection with computer, no zero drift, strong anti-interference ability;
● High-frequency signal (3~4kHz) can be obtained, and the signal resolution is strong;
● Range, medium and large caliber up to 1:20, small caliber 1:10;
● Compact and lightweight, easy to install and maintain, and large-circulation capacity;
● Suitable for high-pressure measurement, it is not necessary to open holes on the meter body, and it is easy to be made into high-pressure type instrument;
● There are many types of special-purpose sensors, which can be designed into various types of special-purpose sensors according to the special needs of users, such as low-temperature type, two-way type, downhole type, sand mixing type, etc.
● It can be made into insert type, suitable for large diameter measurement, low-pressure loss, low price, continuous flow, easy installation, and maintenance.
